Our Story
It all started in a duck blind—early mornings, cold calls, and a tight crew of hunting buddies who spent season after season side by side. Over the years, those moments sparked more than memories—they sparked a mission.
We got tired of gear that looked good online but failed in the field. We were tired of flashy packaging and no substance. What we wanted was simple: reliable equipment that actually performs when it counts. So we built it ourselves.
In 2022, after countless hunts and real conversations about what worked and what didn’t, the idea for 6 Mile Slough Outdoors was born. By 2024, we opened our first storefront—leasing space from Warhorse—and officially launched a brand built around honest gear, field-proven performance, and straight-shooting advice.
